Clerical Volunteer Support

Clerical volunteers help support hospice operations by assisting with general office and administrative tasks. Duties may include answering phones, organizing paperwork, assembling packets, restocking office supplies, or helping prepare mailings and materials for patients and families.

These tasks help keep office operations running smoothly so staff can focus more time on patient care and family support. No prior office experience is required — attention to detail, willingness to help, and a positive attitude are the most important qualities. Work can be completed in the office under staff direction or, when appropriate, through assigned remote tasks.
